Yu-Gi-Oh! is a Japanese manga created by Kazuki Takahashi, which has spawned a franchise including multiple anime series, a trading card game, and numerous video games. Most of the incarnations of the franchise involve the card game called Duel Monsters (originally known as Magic & Wizards), wherein each player uses cards in order to defeat one another.

My son was really thrilled with this. The condition was perfect. He has thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank You so much. And it arrived within about 4 days.

We purchased this cd for our son who is into Yu-Gi-Oh! He was very excited to add this cd to his collection bc it's the music from his favorite cartoon!

I love this CD and all its songs, a great Joey vs Yugi song. You have to have seen the series to understand though. That's why i give this CD only 4 stars. Otherwise it would be 5 ^.^ Enjoy the sound of Yu-Gi-Oh! ;)

There is a cuss word on this CD! Most people don't notice it....Parents - Look out if you don't want your kid to learn the f-word.

LOVE THIS CD!! I got this CD for my 17th birthday, I'm turning 20 this year & it still rarely leaves my player!! I first heard about it on a Kids AOL exclusive where you can listen to the WHOLE CD before it hit the stores. I was caught up immediately! I had to buy it, mostly because I loved the show so much! I havent watched it much since then (mostly due to time & school) but I havent lost my love for the show or CD. My track faves: 1-Yu-Gi-Oh theme. I think it's a special Extended version for the CD. 2-Time 2 Duel. Very catchy! 10-We'll be there. Ok..so it may sound cheesy & wasnt in the show, but it's a cute song to show Yugi that they cared. I still believe that the guy that sings as Joey sounds more like Tristan, but it's cool. 11-Face up, face down. boarderline creepy but alluring. I love the voice of the guy on this song! 14-World of Yu-Gi-Oh. LOVE IT! I think anyone who likes dancy rock music may like this even if they dont watch the show. --->MiNA

Here's the thing about Yu-gi-oh, and in general other anime too. It's not just for the very young, but also for the young at heart. For me, there's a poignant simplicity about "kid's stuff" which can be meaningful to anyone. Sure, these episodes are a marketing tactic for the cards, but you can control yourself so you don't end up spending more money than you have to. Yugi is out to save his grandfather's soul by dueling a notorious bad guy in a card game. The idea is ages old, going back to old folk tales where the hero challenges the devil and puts up his soul as betting material. His friends stick by him when almost all hope is lost, and he manages to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat. It's an endearing tale. Good animation, pretty good soundtrack, very entertaining. A must see.

In this movie, Yugi crushes Pegasis by playing the most powerful Magician in Duel Monsters, the Magician of Black Chaos. Yogi's Magician obliterates Pegasus' Thousand Eyes Restrict in a tension-filled duel that looks impossible for Yugi to win. Pegasus is so shocked that he wasn't able to bring his wife back to life.

Question. Does anyone elses booklet smell like farts? Not just one fart but like many different varieties and flavors all mixed into one? Other than that the cd is good. I just wish it didn't smell like a dirty toilet and mayonase.--gordon

The one song I really, really loved was the Great Pretender. Admittedly, I couldn't even bring myself to get through the others. JFB is one of my favorite bands ever. I have no idea where you're all getting this boy band vibe from, because unlike Justin Whatshisuglyface, Jon (are you ready for this?) can actually sing. Wonder among wonders, I know, considering all the horrible stuff trying to pass itself off as music on the radio. And they actually write the songs themselves, play their own instruments, et cetera. Remember when bands did that all the time, and it wasn't such an amazing thing? The members of JFB are quite pretty, which I suppose fits with the whole boy band stereotype. Though I still have yet to come across an actual boy band with a member I find attractive. Maybe I'm just biased because their lack of talent pains me too much. In any case.

This C.D. is full of great songs, but my favourite songs on this album are: - You're Not Me- - Shadow Games- - The Great Pretender- - Power Within- First, let's start off with 'You're Not Me ' This song reminded me alot about Kaiba because he thinks he is his own person, and doesn't need anyone's advice on how to get things done. Plus ~* I think Kaiba's Reeeal Sexy *~ so give this track 4 1/2 stars. Then there's 'Shadow Games'. I absolutely adore this track because it is a type of low-key song that you would kind-of expect a group like Evenesense would sing. This song is my favourite; I've listened to it about 1,000,000 times and I never got tired of it. This song could be a song to listen to when you just want to be left alone. Alone, I give this track 5 shimmering gold STARS!!! Then, there's ' The Great Pretender'. It may sound like a boyband-esque type of song, but do'nt let that fool you. If yuo actually listen to the lyrics, it will say, " You keep searchin' for the truth, but all you come across is lies. someone sabatoged your room,~~~~~~~~~~~~~~. When the world comes crashing down, do you just smile, and say? I AM THE GREAT PRETENDER! oh yeah. Willing to dream forever. I give this track 4 1/2 stars. And, last but not least, there's ' Power Within '. I like this song alot. this song is a good song to listen to when you feel on top of the world, and you think nothing can bring you down. This song relates to Yugi and Pharaoh when they defeat Anubis and the world is saved. his song is a savior-esque type of song, like 'power of one ' in the Poke'mon second movie soundtrack. I give this song a 4.9 stars. ~ I would have put other songs on here, but none of them intrigued me to do so. afterall, the album relates to the Yu-Gi-Oh!: The Movie with flowy tunes, Extremely catchy lyrics, and mind-blowing songs that relate to most of the characters. Overall, I would give this album My highest rating so far, 5 Shimmering GOLD STARS!!!! Enjoy this album1 ; ~ )

I got this CD before seeing the movie, and I was sorta disappointed that the majority of the songs weren't even in the movie. But that's not such a bad thing...All of my favorite songs are on this CD...and that's almost all of the tracks 1: You're Not Me (*****) I am so in love with Kaiba...and this song totally matches him...probably the best song on the CD 2: For the People (*) I really don't like the Black Eyed Peas that much...and this song didn't make me like them any better...It's actually kinda boring... 3: One Card Short (**) I'm not too enthusiastic about this song...I've listened to it a few times, but it's not one of my favorites. 4: Step Up (****) Before the movie came out, I listened to the 30-second sample on the Movie website about 1000 times...this was my favorite song on the entire CD...but it got annoying after awhile...so I only listen to this one occasionally... 5: Shadow Games (****) I love this one! It's sorta mysterious and romantic in a really low-key sorta way...I don't really expect you to get that, but if you do....kudos... 6: It's Over (-) I haven't really listened to this one all the way through, so I can't really say anything productive about it... 7: Blind Ambition (***) This song is just so totally Joey!!! I can clearly see a whole Joey montage when I listen to this. It's bouncy and catchy...kinda like Joey (I don't really expect you to get that either) 8: Great Pretender (*****) The lyrics for this song alone are awesome to just sit down and listen to...It's got a nice flowing tune. 9: How Much Longer (****) I like this one cuz it's mostly about Mokuba...and Mokuba rocks! This song is sorta like Blind Ambition...bouncy and catchy... 10: U Better Fear Me (**) I haven't listened to this all the way through, because it kinda gets obnoxious and annoying...the only reason I gave it 2 stars is because it has a cool opening. 11: Power Within (*****) This is one of my newest favorites. The lyrics are cool, and the tune is cool...and it could either go with Yugi and Yami fighting together with the power of their faith and friendship, or it could work as a cute couple song...I guess... 12: Believe In (*****) The other one of my new favorites...This is actually the theme song for Yu-Gi-Oh GX, of course it's edited to be short enough, but I didn't hear this song until I saw the YGOGX theme on yugioh.com...and long story short, I found it on the Movie Soundtrack...I love it!!! And I totally can't wait for GX to premiere whenever it does... 13: Yu-Gi-Oh Theme [Extended Version](****) This is just the two versions of the theme compiled together into one...enough said... So, happy listening and happy Yu-Gi-Oh...ing!!!

hmm...were do I start? Oh yeah! Yugioh the movie soundtrack is a lot more better for hearing than 'yugioh- music to duel by.' So don't get discouraged to buy it just because you didn't feel the first really hit the note. Many of the songs on the album aren't just for one solem character. They can transfered through all of them really! but anywo here goes my attempt at a review: 'You're not me' is by far my favorite song, and it ofcourse is another theme song for our favorite blue-eyed CEO: Seto Kaiba! This song goes really indept with Kaiba's character and the way he truly see things. NO he's not really a block of ice you know... But there he dedicates a little part prob. to Yugi, the pharoah, and ofcourse Tea(Anzu) for being the sole ones who try to advise him to be part of the gang! 'One card Short' is definately a song all duelist from the show can relate to, especially Joey! There's a part in there for Yugi(line:is what happens next in your control/do you choose the cards from your own hand)and one for Kaiba(line:are you doing what you want or what you've been told/ or are we just puppets in a masterplan?)this song was probably designed for the Duelist Kingdom season when Pegauses forced Kaiba battle it out with Yugi, in a tug of war duel. But Nonetheless, it is also perfect for the movie since Anubis takes over as the evil bad guy!(0.o) 'The great pretender' although most say it has an akward sorta boy band ring, it's the lyrics we should be listening to! This songs definately one for our destined hero Yugi! It's not a bad song at all...you just really have to be patient with it and ofcourse be a Yugioh fan, cause just being an Anime wont be enough 4 this one(>.

I brought this for my daughter as a Christmas present. She likes everything Hello Kitty. She has no keys, but she really enjoys playing with it. The fact that the flower on Kitty's head lights up makes this toy worth the price. However, being a kind hearted Christian that she is - she gave it away as a present to someone else. Battery is required, but is included.

When I got this , I was expecting it to be a little bit crappy, but when I watched it, I wasn't expecting it to be THAT bad. Sure there is a lot of dueling in the show, but to make a full movie about one boring duel? Thats just stupid. This is honestly a horrible movie and paying over $3 for it is a horrible deal.

Yu-Gi-Oh! the movie is so cool. It's the best movie I've seen about Yu-Gi-Oh!. I think that it's really awesome how they start with one duel and end with another. It's awesome. The pharaoh and Yugi saving the world again man is that cool.

In this movie you will see Yugi and Kaiba in the ultimate match. A evil is threatening the earth. Yugi must first defeat Kaiba then the evil threatening the earth. You will see Kaiba play cards like Blue Eyes Shining Dragon and Pyramid Of Light. Yugi uses cards like Sorcerer Of Dark Magic and Watapon. I like it I thought it had two of the best duels in the series.

as you can see they stop makeing the other season sets so that tells me the 4th not comeing. im so tird of this kind of selling. they only had season 4 to release. season 5 is already out on 3 disks. so the only season that had not been released was 4. but nooooooooo. i wish death note was real... i know who i put in it. >:(

When I first heard about Yu-Gi-Oh!, I thought it would be just another derivative of Pokemon. But once I got into it, I really came to enjoy it. This DVD is a perfect gift for any Yu-Gi-Oh! fan. If they plan to release the complete fourth season of Yu-Gi-Oh!, I'll be one of the first to buy it. Thanks for sending this out to me.

Kazuki Takahashi had zip all to do with this series of Yugioh and the proof is in the watching - it's like playing 'spot the movie'! In the first volume, D.M.Girl says 'You're our only hope!' - Star Wars anyone? The series is all about a war between the monster world and real world, something that was explored in 'Labyrinth' - Dartz looks like David Bowie in his goblin king outfit, complete with mismatched eyes. If you close your eyes, he even sounds like him! Finally you get to this volume with the train rides of terror and plane crashes. they remind me a lot of 'Speed', which i know involved a bus and boat, but the idea of 'oh my gosh it's going to crash' is the same. And now the review...Despite my earlier rant (please don't get me wrong) i actually liked this dvd. i ordered it from America just to see it and spent three hours watching it. the plotline is focussed on mythology more than duelling for obvious reasons and my only complaint was the fact that they resurrected Pegasus, as in the mangas it is hinted at that he's killed. despite this, the story shapes off pretty well with some sweet romancy moments (though i guarentee it's not who you think it is), near death moments and Duel Monsters.

I watched it as it aired on TV Many many MOONS ago, and I loved. Had to Own it. my Kids love Yu-Gi-Oh!

If you haven't seen this movie, and you like yugioh, please do,both of them, all of them. Thus if you like to play yugioh, then youl feel the energy coming out of these movies.

after watching the first film my son could not wait for the next . when he finally got it he but it on and watched it and was not disapointed with it

This was the movie we should have had, instead of that one that was all about the game and Anubis. The writing was really spot-on! This movie had a lot of real closure and warm and fuzziness. What is the power to rule mankind? It's all about what it takes to be a king. Someone even refers to Yami as Nameless Pharaoh! We also get to meet a former possessor of the Millennium Ring from 2,000 years ago, and someone else carrying an evil spirit!!! Cool!

Part 2 brings just as much fun as part 1 did. Yugi has completed 2 tests already but the hardest are yet to come. Yugi must fight Joey when he becomes captured by an evil force, fight the five-god dragon and much more. The real challenge is the fight between Yugi and Alex the great, if Yugi loses then Alex will have the power to ruel the world. Part 2 is a must-have but you have to have seen the first one before the second or it will never make any sense. Yugi combines with yet more monsters in the second half, and he looks really good all dressed up in armor!;)

this video game freezes on me quite a bit.....other than that its a good game...not easy to beat but sometimes it can be a challenge....depends on how much you like playing it....

I have played both Kaiba, the Revenge and Joey, the Passion, and found that Yugi, the Destiny is a flawed game. You can not change the deck that you are given originally, no matter how many cards you win in the duels.

Not many cards... Quite boring with that kind of ammount. It's like if you draw Mystical Elf it automaticly makes it your life saver. Also not enough traps and field magic cards... Just get Joey the Passion it has 700+ cards and Joey is using diffrent deck strategies like Light Deck, Water and Aqua Deck, Dragon's and much more! Kaiba is ok I guess.

I have been looking at the reviews to see if people have been having the same problems that I have. I have just found out why: the game does save your changes but it is saving them to a different folder, the Common Folder. To solve the problem you must change the name of the Common folder to that of the Installation folder and here is how you do it: 1. Go to "Start" (on the bottom left-hand corner of your screen), click "Run" and type in "regedit" in the prompt. 2. Go to "Hkey", then "local machine" and find "Konami". 3. Go into Konami and alter the Common Directory (Commondir) value so it reads: C:\Program Files\KONAMI\Yu-Gi-Oh! Power of Chaos YUGI THE DESTINY\Common Files Problem solved! How do I find this game? It is at its best if you have Joey the Passion, because you can import cards from Yugi into Joey (doesn't seem to go the other way, though). I like the theme music. The tutorial is way too basic and is only for absolute beginners. Overall, I would rate Joey the Passion as far superior. Joey has a "level-up" from absolute beginners to advanced. As you advance, so does Joey, and he is a far more versatile player. He uses different combinations, strategies and decks. However, I must say Yugi is polite, whether you win or. Joey sometimes says "you stink" and Kaiba is even more arrogant - he sometimes calls you "a pathetic dog!" Still, if you are a fan of the show, you know to expect remarks like that from Kaiba. Anyway, if you want to add more cards to Joey or Kaiba, definitely have Yugi the Destiny.

I definently have to agree with Spartan 117. This game is pointless. I would probably have to say that even the Yu-Gi-Oh! manics won't enjoy this.

I like card games, and I don't like shelling out hundreds for all the actual cards. This game has over 300 cards to work with, has a good AI, and can be played at a friend's house with two computers. It doesn't have internet support, which would make it better.

I love this game also it is hard but I really love the cards. and that the most effient card game I have ever played. and i love it because it's rare. And also i love old games.

I love this game! I love it even more after trying Yugi the Destiny (I haven't been able to get hold of Kaiba). Joey the Passion is far superior, and greater value for money, for several reasons: 1: The starter deck is more fair. There are more Spell Cards, Traps and Effect monsters, so you have a better chance of winning when you start. 2: Joey has a Level-Up and he can advance with you. So he offers a better challenge and more educational for Duellists 3: Joey is more versatile and surprises you with different cards, strategies and combos 4: Joey can incorporate decks from Yugi and Kaiba (but not the other way around, apparently) However, I do agree with one review which says Joey is too smart. In particular, his comment: "I won cuz you stink" could upset or offend. If that is the case, I advise you to respond: "So did you when you started out!" or "Kaiba thinks you stink, too!"

From the mind of Kazuki Takahashi (creator of the YuGiOh series) and the gaming genius of Konami games comes the new game in the Power of Chaos series, Joey the Passion. The good: You can access (I believe this is right) over 700 cards in this game and can customize your deck whenever needed. But beware: Joey will not only modify his deck to match your skill level (represented by stars) but can also use decks from other famous duelists, including Weebil Underwood, Marek's slave, and possessed Bakura (which, in my opinion, is a kick-ass deck). For those of you who like downing people with sarcastic phrases, Joey does that very well, too. The bad: For those of you who like downing people with sarcastic phrases but don't like hearing them over and over again, too bad. Aside from turning down the volume (which, by the way, prevents you from hearing the superb in-game music), you can't shut Joey up. This game is what the YuGi and Kaiba versions weren't- and much more. This is clearly the best version of the game, so save your money and buy this one- not the other two versions, which just leave you hanging and wanting more. From a lifelong YuGiOh fan to the rest of y'all just like me, adios and happy (simulated) dueling.

I think this game is cool because you can play against many other duelists from the Television series and you can also get free cards as well. I am getting this game for Christmas and it's going to be cool. It's even a big improvement for Yugi the Destiny and Kaiba's revenge. So I hope you everyone enjoys this game.
