I got this gun for christmas and it was by far the best gift I got. When I'm back from college to visit my dad and I have great nerf wars, and always end up laughing and having a great time. Great bonding activity for the family. But that is nerf in general, as for this gun, its not terribly accurate (compared to the Nerf N-Strike Maverick - Clear or the Nerf N-Strike Longstrike CS-6 Dart Blaster) but having a clip of 35darts really makes a difference. The 100 extra darts really comes in handy too, its pretty easy to loose them so if you don't get this one get extras... For the more serious Nerf-er's I would find a another clip-system gun to put this into (the Longstrike worked best for me). As for the younger bunch its a pretty good match seeing as its easy to shoot (my 3y/o cousin managed to work it by herself) and they don't have to run around reloading all the time (although you may end up doing this for them). Summary: it's a fun gun although not the best out there, jams a bit (but not as much as everyone says), overall its worth the extra money (compared to the Nerf N-Strike Recon CS-6 Dart Blaster) just for the time you save reloading.

Great toy! I bought three of these for my adult kids. We had a blast having "all out" war around the house.

This toy gun has given my boys hours of fun as well as me!! It is simple to operate and for the money, it is a blast!!

I got this toy for my college son for Christmas. (He asked for it) He loved it and the extra ammo. All the kids played with it all Christmas break. It was a big hit at our house!

One always worries about "gun" toys. Well, this is safe and a whole lot of fun for a boy. Better than spending hours on a video game which is truly violent. Even grandmas can play with this toy. Believe me. Safe, while exciting. Worth the fun for everyone!
