I don't have much new to add, besides another 5 star review. It has been my son's favorite since he first got it at 4 months and now still at 9 months. It's easy to grab, it's soft (which got us through the period when he would inadvertently hit himself in the face with everything he grabbed), it makes a nice gentle rattling noise, and it bounces (convenient for when he is in an enclosed space and it can bounce back to him). He enjoys tossing the ball to us.

This toy is easy for my baby's little fingers to grab. But he doesn't seem to be particularly interested in it. After shaking it for several seconds, he just went away for some other things. He was 10-month old when he first got the toy. Not sure whether he was too old for the toy.

I noticed my son becomes interested in toys that make make noise and is able to shake. I have bought many rattles for his tiny hands and it was impossible to keep a grip on them. I found this Oball here on Amazon and when it arrived it became my sons instant favorite. The only problem is he likes to trow it! So I used one of those pacifier clips to keep it close to him. I clip one side to his onesie and the other velcros to the ball. Easy fix. I can also use the pacifier clip to attach it to his activity center or his stroller. Perfect little toy for his 5 month hands.

My 8 m/o twins did not get too excited about this toy. However, I think that it's a nice addition to our toy box and hopefully they will grow to love playing with it. Perhaps the ball will be more fun when they start crawling and can follow it as it rolls away. I like that this toy has no PVC, Latex, Phthalates, or BPA. It confirms to safety standards ASTM F963-03. Made by Rhino Toys, Inc., manufactured in China. Update: it did become one of the toys to fight for - it rattles, it rolls, is easy to grab, and even can jump if thrown against the floor. Not sure why there is a warning about small parts - the little rattling balls seem to be safely encased in the transparent plastic windows.

For some reason I thought the ball was bigger than what it actually is. Maybe I didn't read the dimensions or something. Anyway its a bit costly for what it actually is. A rattle not intended for babies. There wasn't a 3 and under only warning on it when I bought it as a rattle for my newborn, so that's a bit odd & alarming. Overall, I think its a cute rattle & if you don't walk away from your baby while he or she is playing with it then you shouldn't have anything to worry about. Also, the product, to me, seems to be made well.

I bought this for my 4th grade class. The students loved them and had friends sign and play. They thought it was terrific for the last day of school.

thought I was getting variety with the size of the balls. The balls were all very small. Still liked my purchase and was happy with it.

This product met my expectations. I gave the product a 4 because I have not had enough time to use and test the product. I gave these balls away at my son's birthday party and they seemed to be enjoyed by the children. My son who is 2 played with these balls in the pool and they seemed to be the perfect size for him to throw and catch. So far they were very worth the price that I payed.

This was the first toy that both of my kids could get excited about. We actually ended up with three of them in different sizes -- all popular, all super-easy for infants to grab and wave around and stare at. The biggest size is fun because my baby grabs it with his hands AND his toes at the same time -- so cute. Definitely a worthwhile toy -- low price, durable, great for infants and still fun for my now-4-year-old to toss around.

We purchased this after my neighbor allowed my then 5 month old son to play with hers. It was a great first ball, his little fingers can grab onto the ball through the holes. It's also great for walks, I use plastic links to attach the ball to the arm of the stroller. It allows him to play with it (and chew on it) and not worry about it rolling away.

This is absolutely the best ball for little fingers just learning to grasp things. I was a bit skeptical due to the price, but I'm glad that I got it. I do wish that they hadn't sent me one that is pink and purple since it looks a bit too girlie for my son, but that isn't a big deal. It bounces a bit and rolls really well. It's very light, and my 6 m.o. likes to throw it off of his highchair over and over again.

This ball is the greatest toy ever! My baby loved it from the first second on. He couldn't even really grab the first time I gave it to him. This ball was so easy to hold for him. It helped him learn how to grab and hold things. It is very soft and the thing I love most about it, is that you can put it in the dishwasher, boil it, sanitize it, whatever you want. I bought a similar looking one from another company but it was way to heavy and hard and I could not sanitize it at all, it started to melt. I think it is very important to be able to sanitize a toy on which babys love to suck on. So this Oball is great. I ordered more of them. My baby never gets tired to play with it.

This is the best toys I've ever seen for a child. Sawyer has been playing with it since he was about 2 months old...it's so easy for him to hold onto, he can pass it from one hand to another. I'll be buying this for every baby shower I'll ever go to. Also, the Big Huge O Ball, I put at the bottom of the bathtub, so he doesn't slide down so easily ( of course while being supervised).
